After years at Morgan Stanley, followed by owning and operating his own automotive franchise stores, he saw firsthand the challenges operators face — and recognized the need for a private equity fund that goes beyond capital, offering real operational experience and hands-on support to help companies grow. That vision became Blue Collar Equity.
Chad Misko
Regional Ops, Maaco & MeinekeChad’s hand’s on approach to operations ensures that he knows every step of every process, inside and out. He’s responsible for Maaco and Meineke within the Blue Collar portfolio.
Daniel Mudge
Take 5 Regional Ops & New DevelopmentDaniel leads operations and new development for the Take 5 business within the portfolio. As “boots on the ground” across locations, Daniel is able to troubleshoot on the fly, and trains his team to do the same.
